Pre-Cruise Event/s: We are planning a Luau and other group excursions in Honolulu prior to sailing.
Bead Retreat Cost: $350
• A $150 *non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat.
The non-refundable deposit will be refunded in full if we are not able to book you on the cruise.
Payment in full for Retreat Portion is due by December 1st, 2024
• Or you may opt to pay in full when you have received your registration confirmation.

Classes are held during our days at sea. You'll have time on the cruise for the beading events, exploring and relaxing on the ship and enjoying your days at the ports.
Pendant Exchange: A fun memento of your cruise, create a pendant to exchange with fellow Bead Cruisers.
Cruise Costs by Category:
4U 166 sq. ft. • Interior Virtual Balcony on decks 7,8,9,10,11,12,13. Cost is $680 - (Single Supplement $1310)
2N 182 sq.ft. • Ocean View cabins on deck 3. Cost is $825 - (Single Supplement $1600)
4D 198 sf and 55 sf balcony • Ocean View Balcony cabin on decks 6-13 Cost is $1349 - (Single Supplement $2648)
Taxes $158.41 per person
Prepaid gratuities $144 per person
$40 non-refundable per person cancellation fee
$25 non-refundable per person administration fee

For the cruise fees - Checks will no longer be accepted as a form of payment.
RCCL is now offering Flex Pay. You can schedule anywhere from 1-10 payments with the final one being no later than the final payment date.
This option will be available on the registration form.
Final Payment is due by Jan. 14th, 2025
** Please note - IF the ship still has cabins available in our sold out options, Becki may still be able to book that for you, you just would not get our discounted rate.
Travel insurance is mandatory Royal Caribbean Insurance is for 4U is $69, 2N is $79 and 4D is $119 based on occupancy and category type.

If you would prefer Travel Guard insurance, note that on your Cruise Portion Registration form and Becki Wells will contact you with a quote.
The price of your cruise includes:
Ship accommodations
Ocean transportation
Most meals on board (unless you choose specialty dining)
Some beverages onboard (coffee, tea, some juices, and milk). No soda or alcohol is included.
Most entertainment onboard which can include ice skating shows, live bands, pub events like trivia, comedy shows, original stage productions, dance classes, fitness center, guest speakers, library and card room, outdoor movie nights, and much, much more!
The following services are not included in the cruise price:

Important Info:
When registering for the Cruise portion of this event you will have the option to select your 1st choice of cabins on the ship. They will be assigned first come-first served. In the event your choice/s have sold out, Becki Wells will contact you with available options.
In the event she is not able to book you on the cruise the above $150 non-refundable Bead Retreat deposit will be refunded in full.
This is the ONLY exception for the non-refundable deposit.
Registration for the cruise will be submitted to Becki Wells - our group travel agent.
Registration for the Bead Retreat portion will be submitted to Beki Haley/Beaders Dream Retreat
Registration for both the cruise and the retreat must be completed at the same time.
Your registration is only complete at such time as both registrations are submitted and you have either paid in full or paid the required non-refundable deposits for both portions of this event.
Once your deposit has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space at the retreat (this is done manually, please be patient!)

You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.
You will also receive a confirmation of your cruise reservation - this can take several days. Please be patient - Becki Wells will you contact as soon as she is able with your cruise reservation and cabin information.
Forms of Payment
For the Cruise - Payment will be processed by Becki Wells and Royal Caribbean. All major credit cards are accepted.
Personal checks are no longer accepted for any portion of the cruise payment - NO EXCEPTIONS.
For the Retreat - We accept, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal all processed through PayPal.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• To reserve your space on the Bead Cruise a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required for the Retreat Portion.
• PayPal refunds are subject to a 5% fee deducted from the refund amount.
• A $250 deposit per person double occupancy or $500 for single occupancy is required for the Cruise Portion upon registration.
• To book your cabin on the cruise a $25 non-refundable per person administration fee is required before your registration can be completed.
• If you cancel for any reason you will need to pay a $40 cancellation fee to Becki Wells.
• Should any instructor be unable to conduct the selected class/es included in your retreat fee (comprising both full-day and half-day classes), arrangements will be facilitated for virtual instruction post-cruise. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued in such instances.
• Beki Haley, Bead Cruise and Beaders Dream Retreat reserve the right to decline registration at our discretion.
Due to the integration of this event with a cruise program that prohibits the transfer of reservations, the retreat and cruise portions of your registration shall be managed independently in the event of your inability to attend. Initially, it is imperative to contact Becki Wells at Becki@TripsandShips.com to ascertain the possibility of canceling your cruise reservation, along with any associated penalties. Subsequently, the individual identified as your replacement must proceed with booking the cruise. Upon completion of this step, the transfer of the retreat portion to your replacement's name can be facilitated. All financial transactions pertaining to the transfer of the retreat portion are to be arranged directly between yourself and your replacement.
Upon finalization of this transfer, it is imperative to notify Beki Haley at BeadCruise@gmail.com both PRIOR TO and FOLLOWING the sale of your retreat seat. Should cancellation of your cruise reservation prove unfeasible, yet your attendance remains unattainable, a refund of the retreat fee, minus the non-refundable portion, will be processed. We are prepared to assist you in connecting with the next individual on the waiting list. Kindly note that it remains your responsibility to locate and coordinate the sale of your event space.
There are no refunds 60 days prior to the date of the event for any reason.
We strongly advise you to procure Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. Bead Cruise, Beaders Dream Retreat, Beki Haley Designs, Becki Wells, Trips and Ships Luxury Travel, or any affiliated subsidiaries cannot be held liable for your cancellation, irrespective of the cause. In the unlikely event of our necessity to cancel the event, any funds remitted towards the retreat portion will be promptly refunded in their entirety.
Health & Safety Protocols
At the time of this publication, the mask mandate has been lifted for the location of this event. Should a mandate go into effect prior to our event you agree to follow all rules and regulations as set forth by the state of Hawaii and/or Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines may have their own independent requirements SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 for cruising.

Your cruise CANNOT be booked without these required forms.
Your registration for the cruise and your class selections are contingent upon the timely submission of these forms.
Failure to promptly complete, sign, and submit these documents will result in a delay in processing your registration which can put you at risk of not being able to attend.
It is your sole responsibility to download, fill, sign, and submit these forms.
Failure to abide by the forms and contracts is subject to refusal to participate in future events.
Beki Haley/Beaders Dream Retreat, Becki Wells/Trips and Ships reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
